Mary Kerrigan Hoy, affectionately known to many as Kerri is the eldest of five children born to Alf and Pat Hoy. She is a 3rd generation pakeha, a descendant of Irish Catholic immigrants. Kerri started schooling with the Mercy Sisters at St Joseph's in Te Aroha and was later educated at St Dominic's College. Kerri is married, has three sons, one stepson and two beautiful grandsons....

Ward is married with four daughters and one son. He is a Management Consultant by trade and is currently the Company Secretary for Ngati Mutunga and Wharekauri Iwi Trust. Ward has a long history in the social sector. His father was an original Youth Justice Co-ordinator for DSW and mother continues to be a Catholic Chaplin at the Christchurch Womens Prison. Ward brings extensive management background to Te Ukaipo....

Mary belongs to a family who arrived in Aotearoa in 1838 and is a member of Nga Whaea Atawhai o Aotearoa Sisters of Mercy New Zealand. She was born and grew up in Te Aroha and currently lives in Ranui, Waitakere. Mary is passionate about the well-being of rangatahi encouraging them to participate responsibly within their whanau, while also contributing to their local community. Mary also endeavours to live and work in a way that benefits Papatuanuku (Mother Earth) and all Earth Communities....
